Besides three academic partners - Technische Universität Darmstadt, Universität Kassel and Provadis School of International Management and Technology - Climate-KIC Centre Hessen has following official partners: City of Frankfurt am Main, Limón GmbH, Frank GmbH, ABGnova GmbH, Fraunhofer IWES, IdE gGmbH, Institut Wohnen und Umwelt (IWU) BUPNET GmbH and HeRo e.V. Several more partners are in the process of applying. more
Innovation & Pathfinder Projects
The central tool of Climate-KIC is initiating of projects that follow its goals. The eight project areas, or so-called challenge platforms are Bio-Economy, Industrial Symbiosis, Land and Water Management and Engineering for Adaptation, Transforming the Built Environment, Sustainable City Systems, Making Transitions Happen, Adaptation Services and Greenhouse Gas Monitoring. more
Education
The most effective methods of knowledge transfer are based on the students who are able to implement new knowledge in an outstanding way. Therefore, the students are promoted by Climate-KIC and very welcome. more
